These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online or by phone with Bat & Ball Sports. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

We are pleased to accept orders by online transaction via secure server or by phone. All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro Solo and Paypal. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid and completed payment.
Despatch and Delivery
If your order is placed before 3.00pm Bat & Ball Sports will endeavour to dispatch your order on the day of it being placed, subject to the following exceptions; the order is placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday, stock levels are insufficient or for other reasons outside of our control. Your order will be sent by the Royal Mail or APC Courier, (depending on the size of the package) which takes 2 to 5 working days. If you live in a remote location in the UK please allow an extra couple of days for delivery. Bat & Ball Sports cannot accept liability for late delivery due to postal strikes or other factors beyond their control.
Return or Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be returned within 28 days of purchase for exchange with an alternative item or for a refund of the purchase price. All purchases are covered by a 28 day exchange or refund guarantee. Your statutory rights are unaffected. To return an item please send it to the address below enclosing a note giving your order ID (printed on the packing note), listing the items you wish to return, and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. You can return your order, to the address below, within 28 days of the date on your invoice. Returns older than 28 days will not be accepted, unless agreed by Bat & Ball Sports in advance. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Bat & Ball Sports will not be held liable for any returned items which get lost in the post. Products must be returned in their original condition including tags & packaging. If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them we reserve the right to refuse a refund for such returns. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund you any money you have paid us for the product(s) being returned subject to all our returns conditions being met, or exchange for an alternative item if required. The return postage cost of the goods is at your own expense. Please note that items may be returned in person at our shop in Sevenoaks, however it may not be possible for you to receive your refund at the same time.
Problems with faulty items are thankfully rare, however there are occasions when products don't come up to expectations due to a manufacturing fault or similar. Should this arise with an item you have bought from us please get in touch with us by email on email@example.com or by phone on 01732 450111 Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.30pm to get a faulty return authorisation number. Please have your order ID number ready. Faulty items returned to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted. In most instances we will send out a postage paid envelope for return of the goods. Upon receipt of the faulty item we will inspect it and if the claim is agreed you will receive either a replacement or a refund of the full purchase price of the item.

Every effort is made to ensure the images and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product. Ownership of goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Bat & Ball Sports until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
